Chefs aboard Riverside vessels source fresh local ingredients daily—often from neighborhood markets and dockside vendors—and prepare meals to order in spacious galleys, ensuring menus evolve with each itinerary.
Each Riverside ship offers up to four distinct dining venues, from the elegant main restaurant and all-day Atelier café to open-air barbecues and intimate tasting menu experiences, giving guests the freedom to eat exactly as they please at every meal.

The Vintage Room
The Vintage Room is offers an intimate, one-of-a-kind dining experience with multi-course tasting menus and optional wine pairings. On par with the finest, Michelin-starred restaurants on shore, the Vintage Room features thoughtful and unique dishes crafted by the chef on each ship. It accommodates 10-12 guests and is the ideal setting for foodies, romantic occasions, and milestone celebrations.
For 2026, the Vintage Room expands its offering with three distinct experiences. The Vintage Room Lunch is a refined four-course midday experience featuring hand-selected premium wines or Champagne. The Pre-Dinner Wine Tasting offers an intimate introduction to four to six rare "connoisseur" wines, served alongside artisanal small bites. Dinner remains the signature evening experience: a comprehensive six-course chef's tasting menu with curated wine pairings.
Prices start from €95 per person. The Vintage Room requires a reservation and carries an additional cost for all package types.
Take Your Appetite Ashore
Riverside's passion for exceptional food is not limited to the cuisine on board. Culinary excursions on shore allow guests to meet and learn from producers, foragers, winemakers, and brewers who define the flavors of the regions sailed.
In the South of France, guests can truffle hunt alongside a farmer and his specially trained dogs. In the Netherlands, spend an afternoon at a centuries-old cheese farm, sampling artisan Gouda amid the windmill-dotted countryside. In Düsseldorf, five legendary Old Town breweries open their doors for an Altbier Safari through Germany's proud brewing heritage. And along the Alsace Wine Route, stop at a family-run winery to taste the vintages and learn from the experts.
