The Vintage Room
The Vintage Room is offers an intimate, one-of-a-kind dining experience with multi-course tasting menus and optional wine pairings. On par with the finest, Michelin-starred restaurants on shore, the Vintage Room features thoughtful and unique dishes crafted by the chef on each ship. It accommodates 10-12 guests and is the ideal setting for foodies, romantic occasions, and milestone celebrations.
For 2026, the Vintage Room expands its offering with three distinct experiences. The Vintage Room Lunch is a refined four-course midday experience featuring hand-selected premium wines or Champagne. The Pre-Dinner Wine Tasting offers an intimate introduction to four to six rare "connoisseur" wines, served alongside artisanal small bites. Dinner remains the signature evening experience: a comprehensive six-course chef's tasting menu with curated wine pairings.
