Before BON APPETIT, Mara lived in London for twelve years and was a columnist and editorial producer for the European edition of W and HARPERS & QUEEN. Mara attended UCLA, University of Paris La Sorbonne and La Varenne Cooking School where her food and travel adventures began. She is a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and the International Association of Culinary Professionals.

Not valid on group bookings, charters, transfers, expedition experiences and excursions, insurance, air travel, or pre- and/or post-expedition tours. Fares are in U.S. dollars per guest based on double occupancy, include Bonus Savings, and are valid through June 30, 2026. Fares include Government Taxes and Fees (between $330–$1,000 per guest – varies by itinerary), which are not eligible for additional discounts.
